Shane has been helping people get out of pain and move better for more than 18 years. He’s one of Auckland’s most trusted personal trainers – renowned for his expertise in back pain rehabilitation.
He’s a former international gymnast for New Zealand, a CHEK-qualified practitioner, a REPS-registered trainer, and a certified Gravity Training System coach. That means he understands how bodies work – and how they fall out of balance. But more than that, he knows how to help people rebuild from the ground up.
Shane’s approach is calm, personal, and backed by evidence – not trends.
